At Vellotis.shop, we want you to love every saree you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sarees purchased during sale or clearance offers
  • Customized or altered products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [Insert Email Address] with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or videos (if item is damaged/defective)
  2. Once approved, we will:
    • Arrange a pickup (if available), or
    • Ask you to ship the product to our return address
  3. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item, or
  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund issued via bank transfer or store credit

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for:
    • Damaged items
    • Wrong product delivered

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind.

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we cover all charges.
  • For other eligible returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

9. Important Notes

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.
  • Sarees may have minor weaving irregularities, which are natural in fabric products.
